Start your readiness inquiry
01

Business structuring & lender readiness

Entity formation support, GAAP balance sheet preparation, pro-forma forecasting, and documentation organized for a commercial review.

02

Debt packaging & capital access

Preparation for commercial debt placement, lines of credit, and asset-based lending, including purchase order, invoice, and equipment financing needs.

03

Procurement technical assistance

Readiness support for state and federal opportunities, introduced bidding scopes, and the documentation needed to pursue contracts.

04

Field assurance & operational risk

Property risk inspections, loss control support, field assurance, and Texas notary and signing-agent services within the agreed scope.

Preparation supports a review; it does not assure financing, contract awards, incentive eligibility, or other third-party approvals.

From inquiry to engagement

Qualification before execution.

01

Establish the business need.

Share your operating stage, service priorities, general capital needs, and documentation readiness through the commercial inquiry.

02

Verify the foundation.

We discuss fit and request relevant records through an agreed document exchange channel for formal pre-qualification.

03

Define and execute the scope.

Services, deliverables, hours, and compensation are documented before the advisory engagement proceeds.

Commercial engagement model

Defined work.
Transparent compensation.

Compensation follows the service and the written engagement. Applicable fees and performance terms are agreed before work begins.

Advisory & structuring retainer

$125 / hour

Documented 20–80-hour scope

Fee-for-service work may include GAAP balance sheet preparation, pro-forma forecasting, entity formation, and lender readiness. A 20–80-hour scope represents $2,500–$10,000 at the stated hourly rate.

Capital success fee

3%–7.9%

Of funded gross volume

Applies to debt placement, lines of credit, and asset-based loans under the terms of the written engagement.

Procurement technical assistance

10%–20%

Performance share of profit margins

Applies to profit margins generated from secured state or federal contracts and introduced bidding scopes, as defined in the written agreement.

The stated percentages use different bases: funded gross volume for capital success fees; profit margins for procurement performance compensation. The engagement documents define the applicable scope, fee basis, and payment terms. Funding and contract awards are not guaranteed.

Before you begin

A clear basis
for the conversation.

Who is the commercial practice designed for?

Emerging and established business owners seeking structuring, financing readiness, procurement technical assistance, or field assurance, and employers exploring workforce support through S.T.A.R.R. Consulting.

Does this inquiry constitute a loan application?

No. It starts a commercial readiness conversation. Formal pre-qualification follows a review of relevant business and financial records. Any lender application, underwriting, terms, and approval are separate.

What records may be needed for pre-qualification?

Depending on the scope, requested records may include formation documents, ownership information, licenses, financial statements, tax returns, bank statements, and existing financing details. Do not attach or email sensitive documents with the initial inquiry. Document exchange instructions will be discussed directly.

Are financing, contracts, or incentives guaranteed?

No. Financing is subject to lender review and approval; contract awards and employer incentives depend on the relevant procurement and program requirements.

Where should ministry or donation inquiries go?

Life Matters World Ministries handles nonprofit outreach separately at lifemattersworldministries.org. Commercial retainer payments, business inquiries, donations, and ministry intake are not combined on this site.
